Job Description

As a Café Specialist at Cascades Coffee LLC, you will be responsible for welcoming guests into our coffee house with a smile, taking food and beverage orders, explaining menu items, and preparing a variety of espresso-based drinks. You will also be expected to enter orders into the POS system with accuracy and efficiency, bus tables, and maintain a clean work environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Familiarity with food safety guidelines
  • ServeSafe or Food Handlers Certification or ability to obtain shortly after hiring
  • Excellent guest service skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
Bonus Points:
  • Experience with Point-of-Sale systems
  • Knowledge of coffee roasting and brewing techniques
