Client Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Client Service Representative to join our team at Advisor Employee Services. As a key member of our financial services firm, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service, managing client relationships, and supporting our financial advisors in their daily activities.
Key Responsibilities- Service existing client base with all service requests, including beneficiary changes/withdrawals, incoming client service calls, database management, and client appointment preparation.
- Prepare client account summaries for review meetings, update client account information, and prepare issued accounts for delivery.
- Manage client relationships, build trust, and provide proactive support to ensure client satisfaction.
- Assist financial advisors in preparing for client appointments, reviewing application processes, and maintaining accurate client records.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the team and ensure seamless client service.
- Associate degree preferred.
- Financial industry experience required, with a minimum of 5 years working alongside a financial advisor in a fast-paced office environment.
- Securities license required - Series 65 or 66, Life and Health preferred.
- Experience with MS Office Suite and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- CRM experience required.
