About the Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic Client Services Representative to join our team at Davis Law Firm. As a key member of our call center, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle high-volume inbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Document all calls in our case management software, FileVine
  • Manage and respond to online inquiries in a timely and accurate manner
  • Communicate effectively with clients, legal staff, medical providers, and coworkers

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of prior call center experience
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Organization and time management skills
  • Maintain the highest confidentiality standards for all client contact
  • Accurate data entry in our FileVine Case Management system
  • Basic PC and telephone skills
  • Familiarity with Outlook email and Microsoft Word
  • Able to work in an office/call center setting
  • Bilingual is a plus
  • FileVine and Five9 experience is a plus
