Compensation Overview
The salary range for this full-time role is competitive, reflecting the level of expertise and experience required. Individual compensation is influenced by various factors, including location and relevant qualifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead product hypothesis development, testing, and iteration to realize functional quantum computers.
  • Align product strategy with the overarching Google Quantum AI roadmap and objectives.
  • Assess market opportunities and validate strategic changes.
  • Oversee a team and collaborate with hardware engineers, software developers, researchers, business development teams, partners, and users to create innovative products.
