In this role, you will spearhead the product vision for critical collaboration functionalities aimed at ensuring optimal expert connections for our users.

- Discover new avenues for growth through customer insights, competitive analysis, industry trends, and best practices.

- Forge robust partnerships with senior executives across Intuit to collaborate on and co-develop strategic roadmaps.

- Utilize AI technologies to create personalized and contextually relevant user experiences.
- Work collaboratively with product management and design leaders to establish a cohesive vision and deliverables for the Intuit ecosystem.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience leading cross-functional teams to develop top-tier platform solutions.
- Data-driven mindset with a proven ability to identify success metrics for product experiences, collaborating with analytics teams to monitor KPIs.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a history of building trust with executive leadership.
- Strong drive, adept at influencing stakeholders based on situational needs, effectively navigating designs, concepts, and roadmaps.
- Possess a proactive attitude with an entrepreneurial spirit, thriving in fast-paced and uncertain environments.
- Demonstrated ownership and attention to detail.
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

- Experience in developing and mentoring high-performance teams.
- A bachelor's degree is required; a focus in computer science or engineering is preferred. An MBA is advantageous; equivalent experience will be considered.
- Technical expertise in Product Management and a strong background in virtual collaboration; at least 8 years of experience in building exceptional SaaS products.
- Familiarity with Amazon Connect or relevant contact center technologies is a plus.
