Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Mountain West Corral, Inc. dba Golden Corral. This role will be responsible for promoting Golden Corral within our restaurants and the community, driving sales and guest counts through in-house and local store marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the execution of national marketing efforts and reinforce national promotions with local store marketing activities.
  • Develop and implement marketing programs to increase restaurant involvement and drive sales.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to analyze the restaurant's current business position and evaluate the success of marketing programs.
  • Complete tracking reports and submit to the General Manager on a weekly basis.
Requirements
  • Ability to successfully complete the Fast Tracks Marketing Expert training checklist and pass the training test.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
