Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team at Global Partners. As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of invoices and expenses for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and reconcile invoices and expenses for assigned vendors
  • Verify accuracy and completeness of payment requests
  • Communicate with vendors and colleagues to resolve payment and reconciliation issues
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all financial transactions
  • Work collaboratively with the finance team to ensure seamless processing of financial transactions
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of experience in accounts payable or a related field
  • Associate's degree in accounting or a related field
  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to learn and utilize new software applications
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
