We are seeking an experienced Automotive Accounting Admin to join our team at Blasius Kia. As an Automotive Accounting Admin, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including stocking in new and pre-owned vehicles, daily bank deposits, accounts payable and accounts receivable, billing and posting of wholesales, DMV title work, and breaking down deals.
Key Responsibilities- Stocking in new and pre-owned vehicles from manufacturer and auction
- Daily bank deposits and reconciliations
- Accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Billing and posting of wholesales
- DMV title work and vehicle registration
- Breaking down deals and calculating commissions
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records
To be considered for this position, you must have at least 2 years of experience in Automotive Accounting. You must also have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
