Accounts Payable Coordinator (Part-Time) Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis. As an AP Coordinator, you will be responsible for processing invoices, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring timely payments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process all IC and external AP invoices, including manual entry, matching, and approval
  • Manage vendor relationships, including resolving past due invoices and communicating with vendors
  • Work with other subs and HQ on IC reconciliations and ensure accurate and timely payments
  • Make sure vendors' invoices are sent to BILL for processing
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable
  • Experience with AP software and systems
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
