Job Details

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to help us push the boundaries in critical semiconductor domains, including advanced packaging. With over $1 billion in funding from the US DoD and the state of Texas, we are at the forefront of creating cutting-edge semiconductor manufacturing equipment and processes that will set the course for future advancements in semiconductor logic, memory, heterogeneous integration, chip cooling, and more.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct software development for novel semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
  • Assist in researching and procurement of various equipment sub-systems.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Strong software development skills in a variety of languages, including C, C++, Python, or some other combination of low-level and high-level languages.
  • Expertise with MATLAB, Simulink, or related control and simulation software.
  • Strong understanding of software structure, architectural design, and object-oriented programming, as well as build systems, revision control, and software lifecycle management.
  • Experience writing and working with software requirements and specifications.
  • Five years' experience in software engineering or other relevant disciplines.
  • Goal-oriented and ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work successfully in a collaborative team environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
