Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Technology to lead our technology initiatives at the Texas Institute for Electronics. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects, defining and tracking goals and sub-goals, and supervising the work of other team members to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement semiconductor process flows for various final objectives, including non-electrical and electrical test vehicles.
  • Design and develop characterization and electrical test plans, analyze data, and present results to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met and stakeholders are informed.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improvement.

  • Proven experience in managing technology projects and teams.
  • Strong technical expertise in semiconductor process development and characterization.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
