* Greet patients upon arrival and check them in on a daily basis
* Collect co-pays from patients as needed
* Obtain photo ID and insurance cards to be scanned into our system
* Check patients out as needed to assist with patient flow
* Prepare deposits and end-of-day batch sheets
* Prepare encounters and SOAP notes for the following business day
* Create new patient charts in SOAP
* Send paperwork to appropriate departments via inter-office mail
* Book appointments in our HST system
* Confirm appointments for the following business day
* Assist with office duties and maintain a clean and organized workspace

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent
* 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare setting
* Knowledge of clinic policies and procedures
* Knowledge of computer systems and medical terminology
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work effectively with medical staff, management, and patients
