SUPERVISION RECEIVED:- Direct oversight from the Practice Administrator and Office Supervisor.
- Welcome patients upon arrival and conduct daily check-ins.
- Process copayments from patients as required.
- Digitally record photo identification and insurance documentation.
- Assist with patient checkouts to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Prepare financial deposits and end-of-day reconciliation sheets.
- Create and maintain new patient records in the system.
- Distribute paperwork to appropriate departments via internal mail.
- Coordinate appointment scheduling and confirmations for the following business day.
- Support the maintenance of a tidy and organized office space.
- Arrive prior to the start of the workday to prepare for patient arrivals.
