- Collaborate with our EMR system, e-ClinicalWorks, to manage patient data and schedules.
- Support multiple providers' schedules, ensuring timely and efficient patient care.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned, including scanning, indexing, and data entry.
- At least one year of experience working in a medical office setting, preferably in a business office role.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Proficiency in EMR systems, preferably e-ClinicalWorks.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
