Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Coordinator to join our team at Portsmouth Regional Hospital. As a key member of our Intermediate Care Unit, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and coordinating unit functions.

Salary:$12,000 sign on bonus available for eligible candidates; Estimated annual salary: $83,000 - $105,000

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high-quality patient-centered care.
  • Assist with admission and discharge processes.
  • Support improved outcomes and service by partnering with subject matter experts and the leadership team.
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement.
  • Assist with staff scheduling.

Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse license required.
  • Associate Degree required.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date.
  • Nonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date.
