Job Summary

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator ensures the delivery of exceptional patient-centered care and coordinates all aspects of nursing functions in the unit during designated shifts. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high-quality care.
  • Participating in ongoing assessments of patient care services provided in the unit.
  • Collaborating with subject matter experts and other managers to create an environment of teamwork that supports improved outcomes and service.
Required Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A graduate degree from an accredited school of nursing.
  • A valid Registered Nurse license in the State of New Hampshire or a compact state.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within three months of hire.
