About the RoleThe Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) is responsible for coordinating all functions in the unit, ensuring seamless patient care. In partnership with our management team, you will monitor and evaluate nursing care in accordance with established policies.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Partnering with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Assisting with admission and discharge processes.
- Supporting improved outcomes and service through collaboration with subject matter experts and leadership.
- Providing coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement.
- Assisting with staff scheduling.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification within 90 days of employment start date.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start date.
- Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certification within 90 days of employment start date.
- Registration as a Registered Nurse in New Hampshire or a compact state.
- An Associate Degree in Nursing.
