About the Role:

This position is responsible for all retail site development duties, including:

  • Strategizing and developing plans for new and existing retail sites
  • Hiring and managing consultant teams to support site development projects
  • Representing the company's interests in public meetings and hearings
  • Facilitating complete project approvals from State, Federal, and local municipalities
  • Developing construction documentation in accordance with the company prototype, budget, and schedule

The successful candidate will also manage assigned projects to an on-time and on-budget completion, including new and takeover club locations, remodels, and expansions. This will involve managing the project team through the conceptual design and due diligence phase of the project to establish development feasibility, preliminary construction budgets, and schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all retail site development duties, including strategizing and developing plans for new and existing retail sites
  • Develop and implement site development strategies to meet business objectives
  • Manage consultant teams to support site development projects
  • Represent the company's interests in public meetings and hearings
  • Facilitate complete project approvals from State, Federal, and local municipalities
