Job Title: Office Clerk

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and audit cashier shift reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Record data into reports to provide a clear picture of daily revenue collection.
  • Provide verbal assistance to customers when needed over the intercom to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Dispatch shuttles when necessary to ensure timely transportation of customers.
Requirements:
  • High school degree or equivalent is required.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel is necessary for data entry and reporting.
  • Excellent customer service skills are essential for providing a positive experience for customers.
  • Excellent verbal skills are required for effective communication with customers and colleagues.
