Benefits Program Administrator

This position involves the administration of our employee benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive, cost-effective, and aligned with our company's mission and values.
Responsibilities
- Administer and manage all employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for benefits-related inquiries from employees.
- Coordinate with benefits providers to resolve any issues.
- Develop and implement benefits policies and procedures in compliance with federal and state laws.
- Conduct benefits orientations and training for employees and management.
- Analyze benefits programs to assess competitiveness and make recommendations for improvements.
- Prepare accurate benefits records and reports.
- Stay up-to-date on current benefits trends and legislation.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in benefits administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in administering and coordinating benefits programs.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations related to benefits administration.
- Exceptional administrative skills, attention to detail, and commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and benefits administration software.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
