About Us: As a leading consulting firm, Jobot Consulting is seeking an experienced Benefits Coordinator to join our dynamic Accounting and Finance team. Job Responsibilities:

  • Administer and manage all employee benefit programs, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and retirement plans.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all benefits-related inquiries from employees, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
  • Coordinate with benefits providers to resolve any issues and ensure smooth operation of all benefits programs.
  • Develop and implement benefits policies and procedures in compliance with federal and state laws.
  • Conduct benefits orientations and other benefits training for employees and management.
  • Analyze benefits programs to assess competitiveness and cost-effectiveness, making recommendations for improvements as necessary.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate benefits records and reports.
  • Stay up-to-date on current benefits trends and legislation, advising management on the impact of these on our benefits programs.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year experience in benefits administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience in the administration and coordination of benefits programs.
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations related to benefits administration.
  • Exceptional administrative skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex benefits information in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a knack for finding creative solutions to complex issues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with benefits administration software.
  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Salary Range: $17-$20 per hour
