About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients and business partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and business partners
- Handle customer complaints in a calm and professional manner
- Diagnose and assess problems or issues
- Monitor progress of delivery routes
- Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps
- Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
