Patient Care Coordinator

Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate patient care services, including scheduling appointments and communicating with patients and providers
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of patient information
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to standards and procedures
- Demonstrate empathy and compassion when dealing with patients
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and medical staff to address concerns or special requirements
Requirements:
- Bilingual skills in English and Spanish required
- Proven experience as a Medical Receptionist or similar role
- Active listening and communication skills
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and maintaining patient confidentiality
- Ability to manage difficult customer situations
- Patient focus, multi-tasking, time management, attention to detail, quality focus
- Able to write, read, and speak clearly
Working Conditions: This position requires frequent standing, sitting, walking, and bending. It also involves working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.
