Job Title: Provider Privileges Coordinator

About the Position

ID Care is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Provider Privileges Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the provider privileging process.

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 per year

Key Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate and manage the provider privileging process, ensuring timely and efficient processing.

  2. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to gather and verify necessary credentials and documentation.

  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of provider credentials and privileges.

  4. Communicate effectively with healthcare providers, payers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

  5. Stay up-to-date on industry developments and regulatory changes affecting provider privileging processes.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in medical credentialing and enrollment is required.

  • An associate's degree is preferred.

  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.

Work Environment

This position is a hybrid position. While in the office, you will be seated in a well-lit office environment with windows allowing the temperature to fluctuate during each season.
