Automotive Service Manager

As an Automotive Service Manager at Big Brand Tire & Service, you will be responsible for meeting or exceeding performance targets by understanding and following company strategies. You will be the liaison between our guests and our service team, providing exceptional customer service and recommending, selling, and advising on services and repairs. We will train you to become a product expert and sell tires and wheels in addition to services and repairs. You will adhere to Big Brand Tire and Service sales strategy and core values to create life-long customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Meet or exceed performance targets by understanding and following company strategies
* Be able to confidently recommend, sell, advise and provide exceptional customer service to our guests
* Be the liaison between our guests and our service team
* We will train you to become product experts and be able to sell tires and wheels in addition to services and repairs
* Adhere to Big Brand Tire and Service sales strategy and core values to create life-long customers
Requirements:
* Excellent communication skills to communicate effectively with our guests and our team members
* 1 year of automotive tire retail and service repair sales and 1 year of experience in a management capacity
* Have 1 year of experience in automotive industry or related field
* Experience working face to face with guests in a fast-paced environment
* Demonstrate confidence in ability to communicate, advise, recommend and make sales
* Being detail oriented and demonstrating an eagerness to learn and grow with the company
* Have the willingness to learn and be cross-trained so you can master sales as well as hands-on services and repairs
* Must have a clean driving record and a valid driver's license
* Be physically able to lift 70 lbs. and endure continuous crouching, bending and turning.
