Job Summary

The Mailroom and Reception Coordinator will provide exceptional customer service across multiple sites in New Britain, CT. This role involves mailroom services, print production, and reception duties at various locations, including legal, insurance, hospital, and manufacturing settings. The ideal candidate will be flexible with hours and willing to travel between sites, with mileage reimbursed at $0.67/mile.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service while managing reception, mailroom, and print production duties across different locations.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring accurate distribution.
  • Manage print production services as required by different site locations.
  • Answer phones, greet visitors, and manage front desk activities.
  • Travel between multiple locations as assigned (mileage reimbursable).
  • Maintain professionalism in diverse environments (e.g., legal offices, hospitals, manufacturing facilities).
  • Assist with other administrative duties as needed.

Requirements:

  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel.
  • Experience in mailroom services, print production, or reception.
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate varying site hours (some sites may open as early as 6 AM or close as late as 7 PM, with occasional weekend hours).
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous experience in mailroom operations or administrative roles is beneficial, but not required.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Experience in diverse work environments is a plus.
