Job Overview

SFX is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to fill the role of Scanning Associate. This position is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate completion of daily scanning tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sort, open, and scan client mail and maintain their databases.
  • Assign scanned documents to the appropriate digital department based on client requirements.
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for each client.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Complete mail inserting hand-work as needed.
Requirements
  • Experience in scanning documents and operating office equipment (preferred, but willing to train).
  • Strong aptitude with office computer programs (i.e., Outlook), navigating websites, etc.
  • Ability to read instructions on the audit sheet and understand what is being requested.
  • Able to manage a large workload while producing quality work in a fast-paced environment with interruptions and deadlines.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills with coworkers and supervisors.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Self-directed with a willingness to continually improve work processes.
  • Reliable with regular and consistent attendance.
  • A team player with a cooperative spirit.
  • Safety conscious with the ability to perform job functions in a safe manner.
Physical Demands
  • Frequently lift 10-20 lbs. and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
