**Job Summary**

Partners Bank is seeking a skilled Loan Servicing Documentation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our loan servicing department, you will be responsible for imaging loan documentation, handling paid loans, and assisting with investor remittance and monthly reporting.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Image all loan documentation for consumer, residential, and commercial loans.
  • Handle all paid loans, including release of collateral and discharge of mortgage.
  • Assist with investor remittance and monthly reporting.
  • Manage UCC renewals and terminations.
  • Assist with monthly government reporting for FHA, VA, and Rural Development & MSHA.

**Requirements**

  • Two or more years of experience in a financial/loan servicing environment.
  • Familiarity with consumer, residential, and commercial loans.
  • Multi-task orientated and flexible.
  • Possess strong computer and communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service oriented for both internal & external customers.
