Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Junior Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have some experience in sales, account management, or customer service and be able to build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Management:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to drive retention and upsell opportunities.
    • Act as a liaison between the client and internal teams, ensuring timely delivery of products and services.
  • Sales Support:
    • Identify opportunities to grow accounts by introducing new products or services to existing clients.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to develop proposals and deliver product presentations to clients.
  • Client Success:
    • Ensure client satisfaction by proactively addressing any issues or concerns.
    • Regularly check in with clients to gather feedback and address any evolving needs.
Qualifications
  • Some experience in sales, account management, or customer service.
  • Extremely organized with excellent time management skills.
  • Proactive and able to take initiative to address client needs without waiting for direction.
  • Experience using CRM software to manage client interactions and track sales opportunities.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow in a client-facing role.
  • Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn new tools and systems.
  • Must be based in Utah County and able to work in-office.
