About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers, and supporting the overall success of our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers in locating products, answering questions, and providing product information and recommendations.
  • Process transactions, handle returns and exchanges, and maintain a high level of accuracy in all sales and customer interactions.
  • Work collaboratively with other sales floor associates to achieve sales goals, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and support visual merchandising efforts.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service expertise.
Requirements
  • 6 months of experience in a retail or customer-facing role, with a strong focus on customer service and sales.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy in handling cash, credit card transactions, and other sales-related tasks.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, stand for long periods, and move freely throughout the store.
