Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher/Schedule Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher/Schedule Coordinator. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, scheduling and dispatching jobs, and coordinating with our field technicians.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch customer service to new and existing customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Schedule and dispatch jobs efficiently, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate with field technicians to ensure seamless execution of jobs
  • Manage customer records and maintain accurate data
  • Contribute to the improvement of operational performance and team efficiency
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of customer service experience
  • 2 years of phone sales experience
  • Ability to live in the Seattle area
  • Self-motivated with a positive, professional attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Outstanding organization and time management skills
  • Punctual and dependable
  • Consistently thorough and accurate
  • A clean, non-criminal background
  • Computer proficiency with Windows apps and willingness to learn proprietary software
  • Ability to type at a minimum of 50 WPM, with 60 WPM preferred
