Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor call center activity in real-time to ensure service level targets are consistently met through optimal resource utilization.
  • Support team leaders with scheduling, productivity tracking, and approval of time-off requests.
  • Manage the Workforce Management Tool (IEX Totalview) to optimize resource allocation.
  • Coordinate and produce accurate and timely reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop forecasts, staffing plans, and schedules using historical data and forecasting methodologies.
Requirements:
  • Experience with Excel spreadsheets, ACD reports, and forecasting methodologies.
  • Access Database knowledge.
  • Knowledge of Workforce Management programs.
