Construction Manager

National Community Renaissance is seeking a highly skilled Construction Superintendent to join our Construction team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of construction, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of construction, including scheduling, inspections, quality control, safety, and budget management.
- Work closely with the Construction Manager and VP of Construction to derive and define scopes of work, track project budgets, and maintain project timelines.
- Direct and manage subcontractors, ensuring they meet project requirements and deadlines.
- Provide regular written reporting and scheduling updates to stakeholders.
- Evaluate situations and render decisions on certain issues without immediate supervision.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety requirements and SWPPP regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in construction supervision, with 5-7 years in affordable multi-family residential projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a professional demeanor and strong work ethic.
