Job Description

Luxury Sales Division Leader

Nextten Stauer, LLC is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our Luxury Division. This role involves overseeing the daily performance management & mentorship of our Luxury Division Sales Representatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and mentor a team of approximately 20-25 sales professionals.
  • Collaborate with the Chief Talent Officer, VP of Sales, and Director of Training to drive overall sales revenue and sales rep retention.
  • Develop and implement sales techniques and systems to achieve sales goals.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in a product-based sales management role, including supervision/management of high-performance sales teams.
  • Proven history of achieving and advancing goals in a sales-driven environment.
  • Servant leadership style and excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in performance management reporting and delivery.
