Business Development Manager

About the Role:
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for interacting with customers and prospects on an executive level, acting as an extension of the client, and selling new services. This individual will understand and communicate agreed-upon expectations to all teams and increase the market share of business by providing service that meets and exceeds customer expectations, commitment to customer goals, and introducing/selling/implementing services.

Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 5 years proven track record closing business in claims and/or managed care services, preferably the casualty market.
- Demonstrated ability to prospect and engage with C-Suite.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Previous TPA experience, specifically with claims.
