Role Overview:
We are looking for driven, results-oriented professionals who can effectively promote branded prescription products within a designated territory.

We offer a competitive base salary and benefits, along with significant incentive opportunities tied directly to your performance in expanding business within your territory.

The Pharmaceutical Sales Specialist will be responsible for promoting our branded offerings as well as additional products. The primary focus will be on Endocrinology, Primary Care, and Women's Health.

We anticipate launching several new products in the coming years to further establish ourselves as leaders in specialty care.


Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with healthcare providers in your assigned territory to communicate the features and benefits of our products, including their uses, dosages, and value-added programs for healthcare providers and their patients.

- Develop a consultative selling approach that utilizes all available promotional materials and sales tools (such as market share reports and usage analytics) during sales calls.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and their staff to advance the company's business objectives.

- Continuously enhance your selling skills and product knowledge through required training, collaboration with management, and reviewing information provided by the product management and medical affairs teams.


Essential Qualifications:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree (B.S., B.A., or B.S.N.) from an accredited institution.
- At least 18 months of experience in pharmaceutical or business-to-business sales.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Strong organizational skills and excellent verbal communication abilities are essential.

Additional Preferences:

Preference will be given to candidates with documented sales achievements and those residing within proximity to the designated territory.
