Position Overview: Customer Service Representative / Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist clients warmly, both in person and via phone.
  • Efficiently manage work orders from multiple channels.
  • Provide precise information regarding products, processes, and timelines to clients.
  • Identify and suggest additional services to improve client satisfaction.
  • Clearly communicate vital information such as pricing, shipping timelines, and potential delays to clients.
  • Accurately input job details into the system for correct billing.
  • Conduct quality checks on original documents and collaborate with production management to address order-related concerns.
  • Coordinate material routing for production and keep clients informed about order status.
  • Work collaboratively across departments to expedite shipments and resolve issues.
  • Participate in ongoing training to enhance technical skills.
  • Carry out assigned tasks or responsibilities as directed by management.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional educational qualifications are advantageous.
  • Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in various computer systems and software applications.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
