Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team at Jobot. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a proven track record of driving excellence in a fine dining environment.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring that our restaurant consistently provides high-quality food and exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement innovative strategies to improve the restaurant's performance and enhance the dining experience.
  • Work closely with the culinary team to create and update menus, ensuring a variety of exciting and appealing options that cater to our discerning clientele.
  • Manage the restaurant's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to ensure that all team members are well-informed and equipped to deliver excellent service.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of the latest trends in the luxury dining industry, incorporating these into our restaurant's operations where appropriate.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all areas of the restaurant.
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally, taking appropriate action to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other industry professionals.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a managerial role in the luxury dining or hospitality industry.
  • Extensive knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage management, customer service, and financial management.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and inspire staff.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • A deep understanding of the luxury dining market and current industry trends.
  • Proven ability to handle high-stress situations and resolve customer complaints effectively and professionally.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of service.
  • A degree in hospitality management or a related field would be advantageous.
  • Knowledge and experience with tequila, including its production, varieties, and pairing with food, would be a significant plus.
