Key Responsibilities
  • Housekeeping Operations: Oversee the daily housekeeping operations, ensuring that all rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained.
  • Guest Satisfaction: Enhance guest satisfaction by responding promptly to complaints and concerns, and ensuring that all guest requests are met.
  • Team Management: Coach and train housekeeping staff to ensure that they are meeting the highest standards of cleanliness and customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Manage hotel inventory, including linens, cleaning supplies, and other essential items.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Review reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in housekeeping at a high-occupancy luxury resort.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
  • Skills: Proven hotel management track record, knowledge of AAA and Forbes Standards, excellent written communication and computer skills.
