Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve operational goals.
  • Develop and implement effective scheduling and staffing plans to meet business needs.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and safety.
  • Assist with menu planning, inventory management, and cost control to ensure profitability.
  • Provide excellent communication and interpersonal skills to resolve conflicts and address guest concerns.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory compliance, liquor laws, and health department regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in food and beverage customer service, preferably in hospitality, restaurants, or gaming.
  • Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with guests, staff, and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and knowledge of kitchen/restaurant sanitation and operation.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
