Key Responsibilities
  • Addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring follow-up for complete satisfaction.
  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients to enhance retention.

Qualifications
  • Possession of or willingness to obtain a Property & Casualty License.
  • Prior experience in insurance customer service or account management is preferred.
