Job Overview: EMCOR Government Services is seeking a Maintenance Helper. This role involves working in a dynamic environment where you will contribute to the upkeep of facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular evaluations of building systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Execute tests and analyze data to verify the functionality of machinery.
  • Carry out minor repairs and preventive maintenance on various building equipment and components.
  • Perform maintenance tasks on plumbing systems, including water and sanitation.
  • Assist with snow removal duties as necessary.
  • Support engineering staff in their tasks.
  • Complete additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Availability to work any assigned shift.
  • Willingness to work weekends and overtime as required.
  • Commitment to safety and adherence to company policies.
  • Self-motivated and proactive in work approach.

Physical Requirements:

  • This position involves significant walking, bending, kneeling, and working in various positions.

Compensation: $28.47 per hour
