Ryder Sales Growth Expert

Ryder System is a leading provider of transportation and logistics solutions. As an Account Development Manager, you will play a key role in expanding our footprint in the used vehicle sales market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Nurturing: Engage with prospects to assess their needs and determine whether they merit one-on-one attention.
- Sales Qualified Lead Management: Schedule meetings between qualified leads and Used Vehicle Sales Managers.
- Cross-Selling/Renewing: Educate prospects on Ryder's UVS Value Proposition and services offered.
- High Volume Calls: Maintain a high call volume to pass qualified leads to UVS Managers, set customer appointments, and generate revenue dollars.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree: Business or Marketing required, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 3+ years in successful sales, preferably 3+ years in Inside Sales, and 5+ years selling in a B2B environment.
- Technical Skills: Strong technical aptitude, ability to use technology, self-motivated, and accurate research skills.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary Range: $45,000 - $47,000 per year (plus uncapped commission).
- Benefits Package: Comprehensive health and welfare benefits, including medical, prescription, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability insurance options.
