Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

At ZMC Hotels, we are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive business growth and increase brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a digital marketing strategy that aligns with the company's overall marketing goals and objectives.
  • Manage and maintain the company's social media presence, including creating and scheduling content, engaging with followers, and analyzing metrics.
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to promote the company's products and services.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop and implement visual content strategies, including photography and videography.
  • Monitor and analyze website analytics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the user experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices, and implement new strategies and technologies as needed.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media, email marketing, and content creation.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns that drive business growth and increase brand awareness.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and technologies, including social media management platforms, email marketing software, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative digital marketing strategies that drive results.
