Position Summary: The Chief Operations Officer will oversee all operational aspects of the organization. This role supports the CEO in driving the company's growth and success, serving as a key member of the senior management team.Key Responsibilities:

Education & Experience:

A Master's Degree is preferred, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in a human service organization, including at least 7 years in administrative or program management roles.
