Job Title: Associate Director, Automation COE Job Summary: KPMG is seeking an Associate Director to join our Automation COE organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining applications to meet end-user requirements. This includes creating detailed test plans, debugging plans, launch, and rollout plans. Key Responsibilities: * Work with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements * Develop PowerApps, Power Automate, Power Flow, Power BI, Power Fabric, Dataverse, and other Power Platform tools as necessary to meet business requirements * Create and maintain reports and other required items like screens, dashboards, and more to display data and other information for the business * Partner with and mentor Automation COE teams performing technical tasks related to development and management of automations * Contribute to the continuous improvement of the RPA CoE's methodologies and tools Requirements: * Minimum five years of recent, hands-on experience with RPA platforms - Automation Anywhere * Minimum three years of recent, hands-on experience with the following technologies: Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, Dataverse * Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or higher in information technology, computer science, or equivalent experience * Understanding and hands-on experience in secure design, development, and implementation on Microsoft technologies including Microsoft DevOps, GitHub, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Azure AD * Solid understanding and experience with different development methodologies * Familiarity with cyber security frameworks and secure code development What We Offer: KPMG offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.
