Next-Generation Platform

The OH Patient Accounting team is at the forefront, developing a next-generation platform that integrates generative AI technologies, OCI's cloud-native AI/ML capabilities, and robust data infrastructure.

Leadership Opportunity

You will lead a talented group of engineers and help drive the team's vision of transforming healthcare through innovation and technology.

Responsibilities:

  • Apply your extensive knowledge of software architecture to manage software development tasks associated with developing, debugging or designing software applications, operating systems and databases according to provided design specifications.
  • Build enhancements within an existing software architecture and envision future improvements to the architecture.
  • Work with product teams and users of the platform to identify new functionality and enhancements.
  • Work with product and upstream partner teams to coordinate long-term planning and prioritization.
  • Monitor and manage engineering deliverables.
  • Recruit/build an impactful, innovative and energetic team.
  • Foster team collaboration and communication, both within the team and with other teams.

Requirements:

  • Must have experience delivering & executing software services into cloud platforms.
  • Must have hands-on cloud native architectural experience.
  • Must have experience growing development teams.
  • Must have experience modernizing & containerizing multi-tenant solutions.
  • Seeking experience using AI & Automation to remove manual toil.
