Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Postdoctoral Researcher/Residency Position to join our team at InsideHigherEd. The successful candidate will have a strong research background in mathematics, physics, statistics, or computer science, and will be responsible for conducting residency research projects, publishing research in peer-reviewed journals, and performing other job-related duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducts residency research projects, including designing and implementing research plans, collecting and analyzing data, and writing reports.
  • Publishes research in peer-reviewed journals, including drug or therapeutic class reviews.
  • Conducts nutritional and dietetics outcome evaluations and quality improvement projects.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned, including attending national and regional professional pharmacy meetings and assisting in recruitment activities.
Requirements
  • PhD or other Doctoral Degree in PharmD from an American Council on Pharmaceutical Education (ACPE) accredited college/school of pharmacy.
  • Strong research background in mathematics, physics, statistics, or computer science.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, including technical writing and research publication experience.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and computational skills.
  • Policies, procedures, and practices, including Microsoft Office Professional or similar applications.
Working Conditions
  • Limited standing and/or walking.
  • Handling light weight objects.
  • Using or carrying equipment.
  • Stoop, bend or lift.
