Enterprise Mobility Inc is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Center Support Representative to provide administrative support to our Maintenance facility. This role will ensure that all operating standards, invoices, parts and tire purchases, and shop work orders and invoice processing are completed according to policy and procedure.
This is a great opportunity to make an impact on our business through this key operational role.
Key Responsibilities- Parts Procurement: Communicate and negotiate the lowest possible parts prices while ensuring timely delivery of ordered parts.
- Repair Shop Management: Monitor vehicles in repair shops and body shops for timely repair completion and return.
- Dealer Liaison: Act as primary dealer contact for deliveries and establish a delivery process.
- Inventory Management: Track and monitor dealer credits on returned parts and implement a tracking system of warranty parts.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with technicians regarding needs and develop efficiencies in the ordering process.
- Financial Management: Process all maintenance-related invoices for payment in Service Pro.
- Tire and Filter Inventory: Track, monitor, and maintain current tire and filter inventory.
- Inventory Reconciliation: Reconcile and maintain body shop and dealer vehicle inventory.
- Unit Inventory: Accurately inventory shopped units to the correct rental station.
- Damage History Research: Conduct damage history research and inspection of re-sales prior to turning in.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
- Apart from religious observation, must be able to work the following schedule(s): Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm.
