Job Description

At Veteran Workforce Solutions, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Parts Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain inventory of parts and supplies
  • Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
  • Receive and inspect incoming parts and supplies
  • Accurately record and track inventory levels
  • Assist with customer orders and inquiries
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with other team members to ensure timely delivery of parts and supplies
  • Keep work area clean and organized
  • Follow all safety procedures and protocols

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in inventory management software
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects
  • Knowledge of automotive parts and equipment is a plus
  • Military veteran status is a plus
